MoMENtum Men’s Group exists to reduce isolation and improve the mental, emotional and social wellbeing of men through community, conversation and action.

You can tell us if you do not want to be photographed or filmed at an event.

If you provide a testimonial, review, comment or photo for publication, we will only use it in the way agreed with you.

Please be aware that if you interact with our public social media pages, your name, profile, comments or interactions may be visible to other users of that platform.

Service-related communications, such as event updates, booking confirmations, cancellation notices or membership administration, are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform. Website, membership, booking and contact data may be stored through Wix or other secure systems used by MoMENtum.

We take appropriate steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

  • membership records may be kept for the duration of membership and up to 6 years afterwards where needed for accounting, legal or administrative purposes;

  • event booking and attendance records may be kept for up to 6 years where needed for accounting, insurance or legal purposes;

  • payment and transaction records may be kept for up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes;

  • newsletter subscription records may be kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;

  • safeguarding, incident or complaint records may be kept for longer where necessary;

  • photos, testimonials and marketing permissions may be kept until consent is withdrawn or the material is no longer needed.

When information is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymise or destroy it.

Some of the third-party platforms we use, such as website, payment, analytics, email marketing or cloud service providers, may process information outside the UK.

MoMENtum is a community and social connection group. It is not a therapy, counselling, crisis or emergency service.

This may include emergency services, safeguarding agencies, healthcare professionals or other relevant authorities.

Where possible and appropriate, we will try to discuss this with you first, but this may not always be possible in urgent or serious situations.
