Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by MoMENtum (“we”, “our” or “us”) and the services provided through it. By accessing this website or purchasing any membership or event ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our site or services.

2. Eligibility to use the site

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering for an account or booking an event, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to verify your age and refuse service if you fail to meet these criteria.

3. Membership types and payment

We offer both a free membership and a paid premium membership. Paid memberships are billed monthly via the payment method you provide at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and any applicable taxes.

4. Event bookings and cancellations

When booking an event through our website, you enter into a contract for participation. Payment must be made at the time of booking. You may cancel your booking and obtain a full refund provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event are non‑refundable. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We provide a supportive environment aimed at promoting mental well-being and social connection. You agree to behave respectfully and refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, harassing or violent conduct. Behaviour that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, sexually explicit, threatening or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your membership without notice if you breach these standards.

6. Changes to services and offerings
