MoMENtum is not a therapy or counseling service. We're a peer-based support community focused on connection, emotional expression, and personal growth.

You can sign up via our website or social media channels. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Once registered, you’ll receive all the details you need to attend.

Many of our sessions are free or donation-based because we believe cost should never be a barrier to connection. Some special events or programs may have a fee, which will be clearly listed in advance.
